The story is about how the head (Mammootty) who actually leads the squad solves the case.

Two things took this movie to another level. One is the hero Mammootty. Two is the background music of the movie. There is no need to say much about Mammootty’s acting and his experience in it. Because even at the age of 72, he managed to act in a movie with such action sequences. He gave a very settled performance in this serious character. In recent times, BGM has become another hero of the movie. BGM takes a normal scene to another level. Same thing happened in this movie. The background score by Sushin Shyam highlights the scenes well.
Overall, the movie gives the feeling of watching a good investigative thriller. Those who like such movies should have a look at ‘Kannur Squad’ this weekend. The movie is available in five languages (including Telugu) on ‘Disney Hot Star’. Kannur in the title is the name of a district in Kerala.
