Despite calling Drake “the greatest rapper of all time,” Kanye West made no secret of his admiration for how bad bunny fill stadiums.
With “The Last Tour of the World 2022”, the Puerto Rican managed to sell out on the 25 dates of his tour of the United States, from February to April. The success achieved pushed the reggaeton singer to open the tour “Bad Bunny: World’s Hottest Tour” , with 30 new dates, 15 of them for various cities in the USA.
“Who do you think we talk about when we make music?”, Kanye West asked. “Artists who do shows at the stadium level. Who are we talking about?” he continued.
“We have no problems with him, no problems, but we are competing,” he said. “Bad Bunny! That’s the one on our wall.”
Did NORE minimize Bad Bunny?
Kanye West’s words about the Bad Rabbit had an effect on NORE, who was quick to state: “If it wasn’t for me, maybe there wouldn’t have been a Bad Bunny. I brought reggaeton to America.”
Víctor Santiago, better known as NORE (an acronym for Niggaz On Run Eatin) is half Puerto Rican and achieved success with “Hear my song” with Daddy Yankee, Nina Sky, Gem Star and Big Mato . It was the first reggaeton title that managed to appear on MTV.
