Key Decision Of Telangana Government In MLA Purchase Case...!

The High Court gave a key verdict in the case of purchase of BRS MLAs which created a sensation in Telangana. The verdict was passed allowing the CBI to investigate. Challenging the judgment given by the High Court, the SIT has decided to approach the Supreme Court. It has been decided to file a sit petition in the Supreme Court saying that there is no need for a CBI investigation in the MLA purchase case. However, today the high court heard the case of purchase of MLAs. It is known that the single bench has already given a verdict to investigate this case with the CBI.. It is known that the Telangana government has filed a writ appeal petition in the High Court against this verdict. The judgment was reserved on January 18 in this case and revealed today. The single bench ordered that the case be investigated by the CBI and implemented. The AG said that the state government is planning to go to the Supreme Court against the High Court’s verdict. That’s why the CJ asked the bench not to implement the verdict for 15 days.. But the High Court refused.

However… Nanda Kumar, Advocate Srinivas along with another person approached the High Court saying that the SIT set up by the Telangana government did not conduct the investigation in a transparent manner. The petition requested that the case be handed over to the Central Investigation Agency (CBI). The court heard the case on December 26 last year. The High Court made important remarks on the occasion of this verdict. The case of baiting the MLAs is totally false… but the SIT has failed to tell who gave the evidence to CM KCR.

The High Court has objected to the information of the investigation of this case being forwarded to the CM. It said that the information of the investigation should not be shared with anyone, including the media. The key evidence that should have been with the SIT at the initial stage of the investigation was leaked to the public. It said that the investigation done by the SIT was not proper. It explained that the SIT was handing over to the CBI as the investigation was not conducted properly.
