The Skill Development Corporation scam case has become a hot topic in Andhra Pradesh. While the CID officials are aggressively advancing in this case, the Enforcement Directorate (ED) officials arrested four people together on Friday. However, AP CID police arrested Bhaskar, director of Siemens Industrial Software Private Limited, in Noida on Wednesday as part of the investigation of the case. In this order, the CID officials approached the Vijayawada CID court to remand Bhaskar. However, the court rejected Bhaskar’s remand on Thursday. In this order, the CID filed a lunch motion petition in the AP High Court regarding the rejection of Bhaskar’s remand. Additional Advocate General (AAG) presented their arguments on behalf of CID. The AAG claimed that there was a conspiracy in the case and Bhaskar was a participant in it. On this occasion, the AAG brought to the attention of the High Court the recent judgment given by the Supreme Court in the case of leakage of class 10 question papers. Bhaskar’s lawyer appealed to the court for time to present his arguments. After hearing the arguments of the two, the High Court adjourned the further hearing of the case to next Tuesday.
