Chennai | Carmaker Kia India on Monday said it has clocked 47.7 per cent growth in 2022 with sales of 336,619 units.
The company shipped 254,556 vehicles for the Indian market and exported 82,063 vehicles.
Kia India registered sales of 15,184 units in the domestic market last month.
In the domestic market, Seltos registered 101,569 units in calendar year 2022, Sonet 86,251 units, Cairns 62,756 units, Carnival 3,550 units and EV6 430 units last year.
Hardeep Singh Brar, VP & Head, Sales & Marketing, said, “Despite various headwinds such as geo-political issues, Covid-induced supply chain disruptions and price hike, we are proud to register the highest ever sales for the brand in the country. Succeeded.”(IANS)
