New Delhi: The monk who heads the Uttar Pradesh Math has advised that all Hindus must have a sword or a gun. He has also warned that Hindus who do not agree will be kicked out.
Mathura, the birthplace of Krishna, is one of the holy cities of UP. Saint Yuvraj Maharaj is the head of Brij Dham Mutt here. Saint Yuvraj also heads the Hindu Sena, an unpopular Hindutva organization.
A video in which he spoke a few days ago is going viral on social media in northern states.
Saint Yuvraj Maharaj says, ‘All Hindus should carry a gun or a sword. I do not consider anyone who does not hold this to be a Hindu. I am going to kick such Hindus. They should never be in Hinduism.’ mentions
In the same video, saint Yuvraj also announced that those who need them can get swords from him. He said that the price is Rs.1,250, and he said that he will give a discount of Rs.800 to the list members. However, why should Hindus seek permission from him for worship? As the monk did not explain in his video.
His image is not clear in the video. Due to this, some reporters had met the saint in person and asked him. Saint Yuvraj confirmed to them that he was the one in the video and said that no one has the courage to arrest him for this.
In this case, due to some complaints against Saint Yuvraj, the Mathura Police has gone into action. If it is confirmed that there has been a mistake in the investigation, the district SSP Drigan Bison has said that action will be taken against it.
Similarly, this saint Yuvraj is no stranger to controversy and getting caught in police action. Last December, he was arrested with 40 swords in Delhi’s Vivek Vihar area. At that time, he had informed that ‘these swords will be sold to whoever is ready to attack the Shai Eidgah Mosque built on the site of the Krishna Janma Bhoomi Temple in Madura’.
A few days later the jailed monk Yuvraj was granted bail. It is to be recalled that a case was registered against him for defaming the Shai Eidgah Mosque in November as well.-
