The King Salman Center for Relief and Humanitarian Action, “Al-Arabiya”, reported that aid trucks entered today, Friday, into northern Syria, including tents and foodstuffs.
He added that the Saudi air bridge for relief continues to Syria and Turkey, pointing out that the Syrian Red Crescent receives aid and distributes it to those affected by the earthquake that struck Syria and Turkey on February 6, leaving tens of thousands dead in both countries.
Aid distribution in Jenderes
In addition, yesterday, the center distributed various relief materials to those affected by the earthquake in the town of Jenderes in the Afrin region of Aleppo Governorate, Syria, which included 10 tons and 700 kilograms of food baskets, 100 shelter bags, 100 tents, and 200 blankets, benefiting 626 individuals, or 100 families.
This comes within the framework of the Saudi Relief Bridge, which is being run by the King Salman Center for Relief and Humanitarian Aid, to help those affected by the earthquake in Syria and Turkey.
