Bengaluru: Indian cricketer KL Rahul has started fitness training at the National Cricket Academy in Bengaluru. He shared a video in this regard on social media.
Rahul, 31, led Lucknow Supergiants in the recently concluded IPL season. He was injured in a league match against Bengaluru. He was therefore ruled out of the remaining matches of the IPL season and the final of the World Test Championship. He was injured in his right thigh.
Subsequently last month he underwent successful surgery on the injured area. Rahul had shared the related information through a social media post. KL Rahul is expected to be fit for the upcoming Asia Cup and ODI World Cup series.
In this case, he has started physical fitness training at the National Cricket Academy in Bengaluru to prepare himself for it.
