New Delhi.14.8 kg gold (Gold) was caught from Kannada actress Ranya Rao (Ranya Rao) at the Kepe Gowda International Airport in Bengaluru. This is one of the biggest seizures of recent times. The Directorate of Revenue Intelligence (DRI), an organization working under the Union Finance Ministry, exposed a large racket of smuggling. Rao was caught just before the security investigation of the airport.
According to reports, Raanya Rao had hidden 14 gold bars from tapes and straps on his thighs. She was trying to dodge custom officials. After his arrest, his bases were raided.
