Kuwait decided to implement the electronic payment system after ensuring regulatory and technical requirements. Any amendment to the list of bank commissions would entail certain conditions. Central Bank of Kuwait gives necessary prior approval for this. Therefore, this new move will also require the approval of the Central Bank.
