Individuals and small enterprises are exempted from these. Only foreign companies registered in Kuwait will be taxed in the first phase. Companies marketing in Kuwait will be included later.
Meanwhile, the Public Sanitation Committee said that the contract should not be extended with expired sanitation companies. Discussions were held with the Municipal Directors and Supervisors of the Governorates. Kuwait Municipality Director General Eng Saud Al Dabboos informed that the heads of the cleaning department also met.
He suggested to submit reports related to existing cleaning companies. Officials said that action will be taken immediately if inspectors and employees fail to perform their duties.
Kuwait with more support for Gaza
Kuwait has come with more help to Gaza, which is suffering from Israel’s brutal attack. Kuwait delivered 40 tons of supplies to Gaza on Tuesday. Kuwait’s 15th flight arrived in the Egyptian city of Al Arish yesterday. From here, aid will be delivered to Gaza through the Rafah border.
Solar panels have been sent to Kuwait for energy use. This is apart from food and medicine. Knowing the current situation in Gaza, Kuwait has already delivered 14 ambulances, ambulances and earthmoving machines.
Hospitals and buildings in Gaza have been extensively damaged. Relief operations are currently underway there. Many people are dead inside the collapsed buildings. Many bodies are being recovered. Electricity in Gaza is completely out. Kuvet solar panels have been sent as part of this.
Kuwait had earlier declared that it stands with the people of Palestine. The head of Kuwait’s delegation and Assistant Foreign Minister for Human Rights, Ambassador Sheikha Jawahar Ibrahim Assabah, gave a speech in this regard at the international conference held in Saudi Arabia. Kuwait clarified their position in this too.
