The worst incident took place in Gujarat. A man has been beaten to death for using a loudspeaker at a temple in a remote village in Mehsana. Jashwant Ji Thakur, 40, was attacked by members of his own community for using loudspeakers during a horticulture function at the temple. Some forcibly tried to stop the loudspeaker. In this order a confrontation took place between them. Jashwant Nji Thakur and his brother Ajitji Thakur sang devotional songs at the temple during the evening. However, Sadaji Ravaji Thakur objected to the imposition. The loudspeaker is said to reduce the sound. In this order a quarrel took place between them. The two brothers were beaten with sticks. They were both injured. The two injured brothers were rushed to the nearby Mehsana Civil Hospital. Doctors there told them to take them to the Ahmedabad Civil Hospital. However, Jashwant Jha Thakur died while undergoing treatment. A total of six people have been arrested in the case, according to police.
