New Delhi: The Central Government has given till March 15 to file the income tax return.
A statement has been issued on behalf of the Ministry of Finance in this regard.
The Income Tax Department has also posted the information on its official Twitter page.

The deadline has been extended in view of the problem faced by the taxpayers due to the rapid spread of corona infection in the country and also due to the practical problem in the e-filing site.
