Moroccan King Mohammed VI also offered condolences to the ruler of Abu Dhabi, Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed, on the death of Sheikh Khalifa.

For his part, Pakistani Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif expressed his condolences to the government and people of the UAE on the death of Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed, considering that the UAE lost a visionary leader just as Pakistan lost a great friend.
