He also confirmed that he is a university student, but he did not find a job, so he resorted to selling potatoes to support himself and his family.
“I don’t have enough money to rent a shop or a restaurant,” he argued with the employee who asked him not to sell because the system forbids it.

Tabuk Municipality’s response
For its part, the Municipality of Tabuk clarified, in a statement today, Saturday, that its specialists toured one of the street vendors’ websites, in response to several reports from citizens about this practice and the resulting damage to their health as a result of not applying health conditions when preparing meals.
It added that it “performed its necessary oversight duties and dealt with the observed violations to ensure the protection of community members and achieve compliance with the controls of street vendors and mobile stores.”
She also affirmed her keenness and interest in the regular street vendors and providing them with the appropriate locations to enable them to earn their livelihood in the right ways while preserving the health and safety of the citizen and the resident.
