'LIC, Visakha Steel Should Not Be Sold..' KCR's Key Comments

As part of the expansion of BRAS in AP, many leaders joined the party today at Pragati Bhavan. In the same sequence, the rose leader KCR also announced the BRS president for AP state. Former IAS officer Thota Chandrasekhar has been announced as the state president of AP BRS. However.. KCR who spoke in this order.. made interesting comments. He countered the Center saying that Visakha Steel and LIC will be privatized. He made it clear that the BJP at the center has a policy of privatization, but BRSD has a policy of nationalization. No need to sell Visakha Steel and LIC. He said that they will take it back after BRS comes to power. KCR made it clear that even if there is a loss of ten to twenty thousand, they will bring it back and put it in the public sector. KCR said that LIC is a company with assets equal to India’s budget of 42 lakh crores. KCR questioned why such a big company has to be sold. “Sell it because you are in power.. later we will definitely buy it back in BRS Sarkar..” he challenged PM Modi at Pragati Bhavan.

CM KCR said that if electricity is produced in Telangana, he was attacked to give it to private companies. But.. he said that he will not give even a single mega watt. He said that all the power units in Telangana have been set up in the public sector. He explained that at one stage in the public sector, profits will come.. Jobs will come.. It will be easy to attract industries. He asked whether we should sit and watch if everything is cut off. He pointed out that if lakhs of crores of assets are being tied up to private companies for thousands of crores, how can the intelligentsia remain silent? He clarified that the BRS party was born to question all these. KCR.

“BRS is not born for one street.. for one town.. for one state.. BRS is for India.. whole country. My appeal is that the people of AP should also participate in this great yajna which is going on for a powerful change in the country.” KCR called the people of AP. KCR wants AP to participate for change in the country. He wished that the feeling of being able to do everything by himself should change in AP.
