Linemen Bhagwan Swarup of Bareilly on Saturday cut off power supply to Hardaspur police station. In fact, Bhagwan Swarup was on his way to Hardespur on a bike on Saturday when he was stopped by a police officer named Modi Singh and asked to show his bike registration documents.
