New Delhi. The winter session of Parliament is going to end today. Today, even before the commencement of the proceedings of the Parliament (Lok Sabha), a fight between the opposition and the opposition is being seen outside the premises. BJP MPs are protesting against Rahul Gandhi and Congress party near the statue of Mahatma Gandhi. The opposition MPs are marching from the Chowk towards the Parliament.
On the other hand, as soon as the Lok Sabha proceedings started today, the opposition MPs started raising slogans. Seeing the sloganeering, Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla adjourned the proceedings of the House indefinitely. The proceedings of Rajya Sabha have been adjourned till 12 noon. Today, on the last day of the winter session of the Lok Sabha, the BJP is attacking over the scuffle that took place in the Parliament the previous day.
At the same time, Congress has also accused BJP MPs of pushing them. BJP MP Nishikant Dubey has given a notice of breach of privilege against opposition leader Rahul Gandhi. The BJP MP said that Rahul has also insulted the House. In the notice sent to Om Birla, it has been said that Amit Shah’s statement has been distorted.
The BJP leader said that the matter should be sent to the Privileges Committee and until the decision is taken, Rahul Gandhi should be suspended from the Lok Sabha. On the other hand, Congress will protest today at all the district headquarters across the country against Union Home Minister Amit Shah’s statement on Ambedkar and the FIR lodged against Leader of Opposition Rahul Gandhi.
