After more than two decades of career, Luigui Carbajal decided to take a step forward with his own project. The orchestra The Carbajals which is a dream shared with his family. “I have had the idea of launching my own orchestra for a long time. “I was waiting for my son to finish his career as a music producer and my wife, who is also a singer, to join the project,” declared the artist.
Despite the musical past he shares with Skándalo, Luigui Carbajal was categorical in ensuring that his new proposal is completely different. “I won’t sing a single Skándalo song because the proposal is totally different. “I don’t want to go back, I want to move forward,” he said. His focus is on presenting a renewed repertoire that highlights the talent of his orchestra.
The singer also clarified that his collaboration with Luisito Sánchez, who is part of his orchestra, is the result of a contract to meet agreed dates, but he does not rule out continuing to work together. “If he wants to continue working with me, I will be happy,” he said.

The relationship between Luigui Carbajal and Ricky Trevitazo, both former members of Skándalo, has been fractured for some time.
