MA Yousafzai told Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath that the world-class system would be a great help to the agriculture sector in Uttar Pradesh. The food-processing park aims to export 20,000 tonnes of fruits and vegetables, including local procurement, and distribute to Lulu Group’s hypermarkets around the world.

The project is expected to generate revenue of `3000 crore within eight months. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath unveiled the model of the food and processing park at the function. Yousafzai said the practice would be to procure directly from farmers, avoiding intermediaries, to ensure better profits for farmers.
The first phase investment of the state-of-the-art park is Rs 500 crore. About 700 people will be employed directly and more than 1,500 indirectly, the release said.
The Lulu Mall, to be set up in Lucknow with an investment of Rs 2,000 crore, will be inaugurated in the first week of April 2022, MA Yousafzai said. Lulu Mall, which is set up with the largest hypermarket, is in the final stages of construction.
Located on Amar Shaheed Road in Lucknow, Lulu Mall covers an area of 22 lakh square feet. It has more than 200 international brands, a world-class entertainment center, a food court that can cater to 3,000 people at a time, restaurants serving multi-national cuisine, 11 screen theaters prepared by the PVR Group, and parking facilities for more than 3,000 vehicles.

The order was handed over to Greater Noida Industrial Development Committee CEO Narendra Bhushan and Lulu Group Chairman MA Yousafzai at a function in Lucknow in the presence of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath. Lulu Group Executive Director MA Ashraf Ali and other senior government officials were also present.
