Mahesh Babu's 'Okkadu' Special Show.. Rerelease Trend Continues

The movie ‘Okkadu’ was a big turning point for superstar Mahesh Babu. In 2003, Mahesh Babu became a star hero with this movie directed by Gunasekhar. While MS Raju produced this movie under the banner of Sumanth Art Productions, Mani Sharma’s music took the movie to another level. In this movie, Bhumika acted opposite Mahesh Babu and Prakash Raj acted as the villain. It was a movie that set the trend at that time. Okkadu is going to be re-released as per the wishes of the fans.

In fact, the rerelease trend has been running in Tollywood for the past few days. While senior heroes Balakrishna, Venkatesh and Pawan Kalyan’s movies were re-released recently, Khushi’s movie surprised everyone by collecting Rs. Prabhas’s movies were also re-released. But Mahesh Babu’s movies have not been rereleased till now. So they are planning to re-release the movie ‘Okkadu’ for the fans on January 7.

But.. in how many theaters will it be released? How many shows? It has not been clarified yet. Theaters will be busy for Sankranti. Chiranjeevi’s Waltheru Veeraiya, Balakrishna’s Veerasimha Reddy, Tamil heroes Vijay ‘Varusudu’, Ajith’s ‘Tegimpu’ and young hero Santhosh Shobhan’s ‘Kalyanam Kamaniyam’ are releasing from January 11 respectively. Theaters will be free for one week only. In this background, they are planning to re-release the movie.
