Muzaffarpur. There is information about the crash of an Air Force helicopter in Muzaffarpur district of Bihar. It is being told that this helicopter crashed while distributing flood relief material. According to the information, an Air Force chopper fell into water in Aurai block of the district on Wednesday. There were 4 people present in the helicopter during the accident.
However, after the helicopter crashed, the four soldiers aboard were taken out safely. Everyone got injured in the accident but their condition remains stable. At present the Air Force has ordered an investigation into the matter. Why did the accident happen? And whose fault was it? The Air Force has not shared any information regarding this at present.
According to Air Force sources, this helicopter was carrying food and other items for the flood victims in Sitamarhi district of Bihar. After the accident, the investigation team is interrogating the pilot and other soldiers present and investigating the matter further. After this incident, Additional Chief Secretary of Disaster Management Department, Pratyaya Amrit said that a major accident was averted due to the wisdom of the pilot.
He said that the pilot made a water landing after the engine failed. All Air Force soldiers and pilots are safe. The helicopter crashed during landing in water. The pilot and injured soldiers are being sent to SKMCH for treatment. The SDRF team started the rescue operation as soon as the crash occurred.
