A McDonald’s customer called the branch she went to to complain after she allegedly received raw burgers and very salty fries.
TikTok user @landryvice was filmed during a phone call with McDonald’s, complaining about her order.
“I got three McDoubles and all three, the meats, are literally raw. Like, pink and mushy. My fries are like they took the entire container of salt and just emptied it,” the girl told the McDonald’s worker on the phone.
The camera then zoomed in on the half-eaten burger, showing the meat.
On the loudspeaker it is heard that the McDonald’s worker tells the girl to return to the branch to prepare food for her again. Given this, the client is shocked and confused.
The video already has more than 292,000 views, and many viewers supported the McDonald’s employee’s decision.
“How are you going to get angry? What are you supposed to do on the phone?” asked a TikTok user.
“The burgers can be pink, they’re beef, it’s like a steak and I don’t know what you expected him to do for you over the phone,” another said.
“Ummm, were they supposed to teleport you new food? …. Yes you have to go there,” wrote a third.
However, there were others who came to the defense of @landryvice.
“No, how is everyone on the side of the McDonald’s workers? Because that’s not enough and she could sue,” said one user.
Other users shared similar experiences:
“This happened to me once. The meat was so bloody it was running all over the wrapper and it was in the parking lot and I returned it,” one person shared.
“I went to a McDonald’s an hour from where I live and my 2 burgers were raw, red. Company sent me a coupon for 1 good burger on the spot,” wrote another.
@landryvice said that he considered serving raw meat to be a danger to his health.
