Mentally ill death driver Times Square acquitted, driver insane

The man who caused a massacre in Times Square in May 2017 by running into people in his car has been declared insane. The jury found former Marine Richard Rojas, dishonorably discharged from the army, not responsible for his act and acquitted him on Wednesday after six hours of deliberation because of mental illness or a mental disorder.
