The young man was a believer of Hinduism and converted to Islam in September 2019 in Bahrain. Later, the marriage took place according to Islamic rituals at the woman’s house in Malappuram. But after the wedding, the young man got another marriage. All these things are mentioned in the complaint given by the young woman to the police.

After converting from Bahten, both of them come home for marriage. Later, the young man and his father demanded Rs 10 lakh from the girl’s father. He asked for the amount saying that he will return it immediately. The woman’s family paid the amount. But later the family of the young woman realized that this amount was bought to settle the liability of the first marriage.

Apart from 10 lakhs, he also took two lakh rupees from the woman. After marriage they returned to Baaten. Later he started beating and threatening him constantly. According to the report of the media, in the complaint, the woman said that he had bought 45 pawan and 5000 Bahraini dinars from her. The woman also said in the complaint that a case is pending against him in Bahrain. In her complaint to the police, the young woman said that the young man has now returned to the country and is preparing for another marriage and wants justice for her.
