Last February, Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg revealed the launch of a monthly subscription service that enables Facebook and Instagram users to verify their accounts for up to $14.99 per month.
Zuckerberg indicated that the new feature called “Meta Verified” will give users a blue mark on their accounts, to confirm their identities and fight attempts to impersonate them.
Users will also get direct access to the customer support department.
