The Italian club Milan announced the appointment of Portuguese Sergio Conceicao as coach of its first football team, on Monday, hours after announcing the departure of his compatriot Paulo Fonseca due to poor results.
The Lombardy club, which ranks eighth in the Serie A Football League, wrote in a statement that Conceição “was appointed coach until June 30, 2026.”
