Minister Adema again in the dust about fertilizer rules: should have informed the House better

Agriculture minister Piet Adema acknowledges that he should have kept the House of Representatives better informed about the state of affairs regarding the stricter manure rules that the European Commission must comply with in the Netherlands. In retrospect, he should have given an ‘additional signal’ about the concerns that existed in Brussels about this. He regrets that he failed to do so.
