Miracle On Coconut Bonds.. Couple's Gift To Lord Tirumala

Dr. BR Ambedkar Rama Reddy and Mahalakshmi couple from Mandapet of Konaseema district handed over Sankhu, Chakra and Names engraved on coconuts to be used in Srivari Kalyanam program to TTD Chairman YV Subbareddy couple. The program was held at the Chairman’s camp office on Monday afternoon. Rama Reddy and Mahalakshmi couple have been offering these to Bhadrachalam, Ontimitta, Antarvedi and Annavaram temples on the occasion of special festivals and weddings. YV Subbareddy congratulated the couple.

TTD Chairman YV Subbareddy conducted a surprise inspection at the old Annadanam complex in Tirumala. He spoke to the devotees in the queue line. He said that he will instruct the authorities to make arrangements so that the devotees in the queue are not bothered by the sun. The chairman asked the devotees how the food offerings were and they said they were good. Mr. Subbareddy ordered the staff to keep the Annadanam building and surroundings clean. Later, he sat with the devotees and received Anna Prasad.

Navagraha Homa was held grandly as part of Homa Mahotsavam at Tirupati Sri Kapileswara Swamy temple. As part of this, from 8.30 am to 12 noon, Punyahavachanam, Kalash Sthapana Puja, Navagraha Avahanam, Agni Pratishta, Homam, Laghu Poornahuti, Nivedana and Aarti were conducted in Yagashala. Shri Subramanya Swami’s Homam will be held on January 18.
