The industrial mortgage program will be launched in autumn. This was announced on Wednesday, June 28, by Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin.
“We believe that by the autumn we will definitely work out this regime completely and launch it. And the rate will be 5%. I think it will be a good help for our industry,” he said during a conversation with the residents of the technopark.
Mishustin visited the Iksel industrial technopark in the city of Kirzhach, Vladimir Region. There, the Prime Minister got acquainted with the production and talked with its residents.
On June 17, Russian President Vladimir Putin instructed to work out and launch an industrial mortgage at 5% per annum. The Russian leader stressed that enterprises that plan to buy ready-made areas for production will be eligible for such loans.
