Miss Chile breaks down and sends a moving message after defeat at Miss Universe 2024

The dream came to an end for Emilia Dides, representative of Chile in Miss Universe 2024, when she was not chosen within the Top 5being left out of the competition that takes place in Mexico. Despite her elimination, the model’s participation was full of emotions and moments of drama.

The model and singer was announced in last place in the Top 30, a moment that kept everyone in suspense and that was reflected in her expression when, upon being named, she let out a deep sigh as she advanced towards the selected ones.

Emilia Dides, the representative of Chiliwas considered one of the favorites to take the crown in the contest held in the Mexico City. Various predictions placed her on the podium, and even as a possible winner, a scenario that ultimately did not materialize.

What’s more, she achieved her ranking among the top 30 thanks to the public vote who named her as their favorite. However, after her dream was cut short, the singer also used her Instagram account to thank her compatriots and Internet users for their support. In addition, she sent a loving message to the makeup artists, hairdressers and stylists who supported her throughout this journey.

“Life has other plans for me! I am with a happy heart! We achieved a top 12. Thank you my wonderful Chileans for so much love that I have received from you! And the makeup artists of this great contest who made everything more magical and beautiful “I love you, wonderful things are coming,” the model wrote on her Instagram account.
