MLC Election Counter In AP Today.. Strong Police Security!

Repolling of MLC elections in Andhra Pradesh ended peacefully. Repolling was held in two polling centers in Tirupati city on Wednesday. Repolling was conducted in Booth No. 229 in Chinnabazar and Booth No. 233 in Satyanarayanapuram as per the instructions of the Election Commission. The police have made security arrangements to prevent any untoward incident.

In this order, the MLC election results will be released on Thursday. Unlike the general elections, the counting process will be done this time without rounds. The counting will start at 8 am on Thursday and the counter will be held till the results are declared. Officials are expecting that the counting will be continuous for two days.

In this order, the administration has completed arrangements like drinking water and food facilities for the election personnel. The police department provided three-tier security during the counting. Police have imposed Section 144 in the polling center and surrounding areas.
