On the other hand, the coaching staff of the Egyptian national team, led by Roy Vitoria, had decided to relieve six players from the upcoming friendly match with South Sudan, and thus their exit from the camp currently in Morocco.

And the Football Association confirmed, in its statement, published through its official account on the social networking site “Twitter”, that the six players are Mohamed Salah, Mohamed El-Shennawy, Omar Marmoush, Mustafa Mohamed, Hamdi Fathi and Mohamed Abdel-Moneim.
The Egyptian national team had defeated Guinea with two goals to one at the Marrakech Grand Stadium in Morocco in the fifth qualifying round for the 2023 African Nations Cup, and the Egyptian national team guaranteed its official participation in the tournament that will be held in Cote d’Ivoire next January after leading the group with 12 points.
