Sports Desk. The third Test of the Border-Gavaskar series is going on between India and Australia at the Gabba ground in Brisbane. On Saturday, on the first day of the match, India won the toss and invited the Kangaroo team to bat and decided to bowl themselves. The bowling attack from India was started by fast bowlers Jasprit Bumrah and Mohammad Siraj.
As soon as Siraj (Mohammad Siraj) came to bowl, the Australian spectators started booing him. This is because in the second test, he had a clash with Kangaroo batsman Travis Head, after which he was booed in Adelaide. Because of the fight with Head, the spectators present at Gabba started booing Siraj.
During the second Test against Australia in Adelaide, Siraj had pointed towards the dressing room after dismissing Head. Head did not like this at all and said something to Siraj while leaving. After this the umpire made reconciliation between the two players. Later the ICC reprimanded both the players for bad behaviour, and 20 percent of Siraj’s match fee was also deducted.
Let us tell you that Siraj (Mohammad Siraj) is not the first Indian cricketer who has been booed. Before him, this had happened many times with Virat Kohli also. He first had to face the booing of the audience in the Sydney ground during the 2011-12 Australia tour. This happened again with Virat in 2018 on Australian soil.
