The husband of the Russian singer Monetochka (real name Elizaveta Gyrdymova) Viktor Isaev said he did not know anything about his wife being put on the wanted list. This is how he reacted to the reports that appeared in the media.
“I don’t know anything about this,” Isaev said in a conversation with Lenta.Ru on Thursday, September 8.
Earlier that day, information appeared that the bailiffs put the singer on the wanted list. The reason was the fact that the artist did not pay half a million rubles to singer Stas Kostyushkin after she lost to the musician in court in April this year, the 360 TV channel reports.
The former lead singer of the group “Tea for Two” filed a lawsuit against the artist after the release of her composition “Mom, I don’t zigue”, claiming that the song is a plagiarism of his track “Woman, I don’t dance”. The court sided with Kostyushkin and ordered Monetochka to pay half a million rubles to the artist as compensation.
Since she has not yet paid Kostyushkin the due amount, bailiffs check the singer’s accounts and, if necessary, can arrest her apartment, located on Chistye Prudy in Moscow, according to the website aif.ru.
Earlier, on August 17, Monetochka became a mother for the first time. She gave birth to a daughter.
In January, it was reported that Monetochka would sell her new apartment in Moscow due to the disclosure of her address to the media.
The performer recalled that more than once on social networks she talked about the repair and showed the interior of the dwelling, but hid the exact location, because she did not want pursuers to come to her house.
Monetochka noted that it is precisely because of such publications that the stars become closed and hide their families.
