In Pskov, they announced the search for a contractor who will catch dogs in 2023. This is reported by the Pskov Information Agency with reference to the documentation on the public procurement portal.
According to the terms of reference, the contractor’s duties include catching animals, transporting them to a shelter, initial examination and providing emergency care if necessary, as well as keeping animals in quarantine for 14 days, treatment against parasites, rabies vaccination, sterilization, labeling, maintenance.
The maximum value of the contract is estimated at 1.161 million rubles. The contract with the winner of the auction will be valid until December 31, 2023.
It is noted that the capture will be carried out at the request of local residents.
