In Dausa, Rajasthan, a sub-inspector raped a constable’s 5-year-old daughter. The incident happened on Friday. When the victim’s father reached the police station with the complaint, he was beaten up and his hand was broken. Angered by the incident, people took out the accused SI from the room and beat him up. People have demanded compensation of Rs 50 lakh to the victim’s family and hanging of the accused. At present the accused sub-inspector has been dismissed from service and arrested.
Why is this news important: According to NCRB data for the year 2021, Rajasthan ranks first in rape cases. This year, about 30 thousand rape cases were registered in the country. 6337 cases were registered in Rajasthan, 2947 in Madhya Pradesh, 2845 in Uttar Pradesh, 2496 in Maharashtra and 1733 in Assam.

2. BJP’s resolution letter released in MP, pension to senior citizens, promise of house to dear sisters
BJP released manifesto for Madhya Pradesh assembly elections. 3. Ayodhya illuminated with record 22 lakh lamps, fireworks with green crackers worth ₹ 84 lakh

In Ayodhya, lamps were lit at 51 ghats on the banks of river Saryu.
22 lakh 23 thousand lamps were lit on the banks of Saryu in Ayodhya. This was recorded in the Guinness World Records. During this, Ram Katha was narrated through laser show. After this, green crackers worth Rs 84 lakh were burnt. 24 lakh lamps were decorated on the ghats, but a world record was made for lighting 22 lakh 23 thousand lamps. 1 lakh 5 thousand liters of mustard oil was used to light 24 lakh lamps.

4. One child dies every 10 minutes in Gaza, pressure on Israel to stop bombing

6. Two sisters committed suicide in Brahma Kumari Ashram, wrote in the suicide note – Yogiji, they should get punishment like Asaram.
Two real sisters (Shikha and Ekta) committed suicide in Brahma Kumari Ashram, Agra. The bodies of both were found hanging from different nooses in the same room. One wrote a 3-page suicide note, while the other wrote a 1-page suicide note. Sent it on WhatsApp to Brahma Kumari’s group and family members. In the suicide note addressed to the CM, he wrote that the accused should be given life imprisonment like Asaram Bapu.
Who is the accused in the suicide note: Four people have been held responsible in this. These are Neeraj Aggarwal, Guddan, Poonam and Tarachand. Poonam is associated with Brahma Kumari Ashram Gwalior. It is alleged that Neeraj and Poonam had taken Rs 25 lakh from the two sisters to build the ashram. Police have arrested Guddan and Tarachand.
