The Moscow authorities will allocate about 43 hectares of land to investors for the construction of 13 sports complexes. This was reported on Tuesday, February 7, on the website of the capital’s mayor’s office.
According to the vice-mayor of the capital, Vladimir Yefimov, a program of large-scale investment projects is being implemented in Moscow. The total area of new facilities will be 400 thousand square meters. m, writes NSN.
“Five of them (complexes. – Ed.) will appear in the west of the capital, four in the northwest, one each in the south, northeast, north and TiNAO,” RT vice-mayor quotes.
Moscow Government Minister Maxim Gaman said that a training center for the national football team, an ice palace, an equestrian center, a rhythmic gymnastics center and other sports facilities would appear in the capital, the Moskva city news agency notes.
As the site kp.ru recalls, land for large-scale investment projects (MaIP) is allocated by the city administration for rent without bidding for five years. This status is assigned to industrial complexes, innovation centers, as well as various facilities for healthcare, transport infrastructure, sports and other facilities.
On February 6, Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin said that the city is implementing about 70 industrial investment projects, the total investment exceeds 169 billion rubles.
For example, the authorities provide land for the construction of industrial and socially significant facilities. From 2022, land plots for the construction of production facilities are transferred for 1 ruble.
