Çiftçi (45), who dropped out of high school while living with his family in İzmir, got married and settled in Adana.

After having children, Çiftçi moved away from her dream of a high school diploma, which she wanted so much, and learned the details of the “Where were we left” project initiated for women under the auspices of President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan’s wife, Emine Erdoğan, and decided to continue her unfinished education life.

Ciftci, who also serves as the AK Party Yuregir District Social Policies President, received his high school diploma within the scope of the project.

After graduating from high school, Çiftçi won the Department of Political Science and Public Administration, Faculty of Political Sciences, Adana Alparslan Türkeş Science and Technology University, with the score he got in the university exam he took for the first time this year.

Zehra Çiftçi told Anadolu Agency (AA) that she is happy to continue her education life.

Explaining that she took action as soon as she learned about the “Where We Stayed” project, Çiftçi said, “I was excited about the ‘Where Were We Stayed’ project started by Ms. Emine Erdoğan. I thought of completing my high school life in the UK. I took action immediately for this. I contacted the high school I attended in İzmir and got my certificate of approval. I have completed my unfinished education.” he said.

Stating that he encouraged his children to start university after graduating from high school, Çiftçi said:

“I took the university exam and made my choices. I was very happy when I saw my first choice on the exam result screen. I saw it with my daughter, I cannot explain my joy.
