In his Eid message to the faithful, Tuzla mufti Vahid ef. Fazlović emphasized that love for the homeland, where it is rooted, and love for the homeland, where our safety and freedom are, must be strengthened, Anadolija reports.
“May renewed spiritual and mental strength help us to make moral values in our families and society more stable, and to strengthen our love for the homeland where our roots are, and for the homeland where our safety and freedom are. Due to the constant need to renew spiritual strength and togetherness, let Ramadan be a successful school of ikhlas and siddah for us, sincerity towards Allah Almighty and sincerity towards people”, emphasized Mufti Fazlović.
He asked the Lord of the worlds to accept our fast hoping for His noble reward for that persistent renunciation in accordance with the precepts of our religion.
“Through these and other Ramadan prayers, we are firmer in godliness, richer in self-knowledge, more confident and determined in self-discipline and selflessness. By limiting and suppressing the various desires of our body, we have provided ourselves with valuable spiritual capital that is precious to us in our daily worldly efforts and tasks. That is why Bajram is a day of our deep satisfaction and fulfillment. In it, we are irradiated with the hope that we have come closer to the mercy of the Merciful Lord”.
He concluded his message to the faithful with the words:
“In the days of this holiday of ours, let us show sensitivity and responsibility towards those among us who are in a state of need, who are denied many of the blessings of worldly life. May our Ramadan charity be enriched with Eid charity. And afterwards, let’s remain soft and open-hearted so that we are ready to benefit other people. To all Muslims, believers in this part of our homeland of Bosnia and Herzegovina and our Islamic community, to all the congregations of the Muftiluk of Tuzla, I send my hearty congratulations on the occasion of Eid al-Fitr.”
The central Eid ceremony of the Mufti of Tuzla will be held in the “King Abdullah” mosque in Tuzla. The Eid sermon will be delivered by mufti of Tuzla, Vahid ef. Fazlović.
