National Band Gaia Returns With The Release Of Two New Singles And Animated Videos

The well-known Peruvian band Gaia released his new single “Al diablo”, whose animated video clip is a sequel to “El camino”, released weeks ago. Both singles serve as a preview of the new album that the group plans to launch the second half of 2022.

These two productions were directed by the animation studio Poloverde and it is the first time that the group embraces this format to tell a story divided into two parts. The two songs were recorded in the first months of this year at Leopold Studios and the musicians’ respective studios with the help of young producer Percy Flores.

Gaia’s last official release was the live recording of her participation in the festival Cosquín Rock 2020. After a year of absence from the stages, the group will hold its first face-to-face concert on January 14 at Sargento Pimienta de Barranco and later they will perform on February 4 and 5 in Cusco and on March 19 in Arequipa.

Gaia is celebrating its anniversary

And if that was not enough, Gaia is celebrating 20 years of musical career and throughout their career they have supported shows by international groups such as Maroon 5, Guns N ‘Roses, Pixies, Placebo, Incubus, Maná and Café Tacuba, as well as participating in festivals such as Live Latino from Mexico, SXSW from Austin, Texas and make international tours in Chile, Argentina, Mexico, Uruguay and the United States.

Gaia he is preparing several special releases, in addition to his new album, and the premiere of a documentary that will tell his story. The band has also been preparing a new concept for its live shows and a special concert for its two decades of existence.
