New Delhi: National Disaster Response Force (NDRF) Awareness Day is celebrated annually on 19th Jan.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi posted on Twitter on the occasion of the 17th Uprising Day of the Army, “Happy Uprising Day to the soldiers of NTRF. They are doing very commendable work to help people in very challenging situations. Their bravery is admirable. India is making several efforts to build disaster-resilient infrastructure and strengthen disaster management mechanisms,” he said.
