Figure skater Dmitry Soloviev, who was hospitalized after being beaten in Moscow, is a decent and balanced person who would never start a fight. Tatiana Navka, Olympic champion in ice dancing, spoke about this on Wednesday, December 22.
“We hope for the best results. Doctors warn us not to rush, to act carefully. I think his body has to cope. We pray and hope, ”Navka said in an interview with REN TV.
At the same time, she assured that Soloviev was a decent and noble man. According to the Olympic champion, the athlete would never start a fight. Navka also added that the detainees – real bastards.
32-year-old Olympic figure skating champion Dmitry Soloviev was beaten on the night of December 21. As a result of the incident, he received various injuries, at the moment the skater is in the hospital. After examinations, Solovyov was diagnosed with a moderate brain contusion.
The athlete stood up for his girlfriend, the curler, Anna Sidorova, after which a verbal skirmish arose between him and several young people, which later turned into a fight. According to the girl, she asked the strangers for a lighter, in response they began to insult her.
A criminal case has been opened against two suspects in the beating of Solovyov. As it became known to Izvestia, they were detained for 48 hours. On Wednesday they will choose a preventive measure.
According to Telegram channel 112, Vladislav Smirnov and Vladislav Yakovtsev, both born in 2003, are involved in the case.
