Jaipur: Prime Minister Narendra Modi has said that people with too much negativity can never see the good things happening in the country.
Prime Minister Modi today (Wednesday) launched infrastructure development projects worth Rs 5,500 crore at a ceremony in Nadwara, Rajasthan. Speaking on the occasion, Pitamar Bachia said: “Today I have laid the foundation stone of more than Rs 5,500 crore infrastructural development projects. I congratulate the people of Rajasthan who have received these development projects. Our government is focused on providing modern infrastructure facilities to the people of Rajasthan.
But history tells us that rapid growth is possible only when there is modern infrastructure along with basic amenities. Had adequate medical colleges been created, we would not have faced shortage of doctors. If all the houses had been provided with drinking water facility, there would not have been the need for the Jaljeevan Ministry to spend Rs.3.5 lakh crore. People with negative thoughts cannot think with vision. Political interest is important to them. People who are too pessimistic can never see the good things happening in the country. They will only create riots,” PM Modi said.
Speaking earlier, Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Khelat said, “Due to the good governance of our government, Rajasthan has taken the second place among the most economically developed states in the country. I have written to you (Prime Minister Modi) about the unfulfilled projects in our state. I will continue to write. There are no enemies in democracy. This is a war of ideology. “There should always be peace and unity among the people of the country. Violence affects development. A government cannot function well without opposition parties. We should learn to respect opposition parties,” he said.
Prime Minister Modi today laid the foundation stone for the construction of a two-lane road between Rajsamand and Udaipur and the reconstruction of the Udaipur railway station. He also laid the foundation stone for a new road from Natwara to Natwara town. Likewise, the 114 km stretch of National Highway 48 from Udaipur to Shamlaji. Prime Minister Modi also laid the foundation stones for three highway projects, including a remote six-lane highway, expansion and strengthening of a 110-km four-lane stretch of National Highway 25 between Bar Pilara-Jodhpur.
