Siddharthnagar. These days a new cyber fraud is going on in Siddharthanagar district. Under this, fraudsters are calling people and threatening them by taking information about their personal matters and demand money in exchange for solving the matter.
The latest case has come to light from Jagdishpur in Dumariyaganj police station area (Siddharthanagar). Recently cyber criminals (cyber fraud) have committed a crime against Abhishek Yadav, a resident here. Abhishek Yadav’s personal matters are being taken into account and money is being demanded from this number 8423456832 in the name of getting his name removed.
Not only this, the criminal is calling himself Alok Yadav, a sub-inspector posted in SP office Siddharthnagar. However, recently in Siddharthnagar, a victim was defrauded of Rs 71300 through a link on mobile. As soon as the victim came to know that he has been defrauded, he informed the cyber team about it. The cyber team took action on the basis of the complaint and got a total of Rs 71300 returned to the victim’s account.
Let us tell you that cases of cyber crime are continuously increasing in Siddharthanagar district. Every day, someone or the other gets caught in the clutches of these fraudsters. The increase in these crimes makes it seem that the police are not able to reach these cyber criminals?
