Evolve from a product company to a service company that includes everything from business consulting to maintenance and support of tools. It is the process in which the new members of the cluster are immersed, thus facing the greatest challenge since its creation in 1998.
Desier explains that 25 years ago it was “just another technology company that struggled to carry out its activity in the best possible way, but that lacked a clear identity, a mission or specific values. The company’s DNA, its associates, it was do the best possible job within too wide a range of activities, some of which diluted each other. The emergence of Agile, the arrival of Jira (AND Atlassian) at Deiser, as well as the need to reinvent ourselves as a company in the midst of the global crisis of 2007-2012 showed us the way.”
Recognized as experts in migration to Atlassian Cloud, Deiser is endorsed by its consulting proposals “in which we produce results by combining objectives, people, processes and results” or solutions with which they simplify project management, improving team collaboration and increasing the productivity of the teams themselves.
With the support service they maintain the tools Atlassian Cloud available and easy to use with reliable technical support, and licensing ensures that licensing is flexible to meet the specific needs and requirements of each customer.
25 years of history, and evolving

In a recent interview, Fernández explains Deiser’s evolution, objectives and, especially, its refusal to lose its founding essence: the value of people. The CEO of Deiser also assures that the new service offering “leads to a growth in the number of employees, new profiles, sector specialization, new forms of collaboration with other companies in the sector, etc.”
Precisely in this collaborative line, Deiser comes to Turistec with the aspiration of “finding a space where we can coexist with companies that have in their DNA the desire to be better every day, promoting collaboration, betting on innovation and technology, and that are committed to doing every day a better world and society.”
