Restrictions until March 14th
Restrictions on dining facilities, gymnasiums and swimming pools in Bahrain will remain in place until March 14. After this, gyms and swimming pools will open. But a decision on whether the restrictions will continue will be made after March 14. The Ministry of Health has clarified the Kovid preventive measures without any doubt as to whether these will be included in the restrictions, which have been extended to three months.
Restrictions extended to 3 months
The restrictions imposed in the country in the wake of the Kovid expansion have been extended for the next three months. This is in line with the recommendations of the National Medical Task Force on Kovid Control. All commercial and industrial establishments, places of worship and public places must comply with restrictions, including social distance, wearing masks and disinfection.
The spread of the disease is severe
Of the 617 new Kovid victims in Bahrain, 229 are expatriates. Kovid poured 374 through contact and 14 from overseas travel. Of the 6856 people currently in treatment, 66 are in the intensive care unit. Another 617 people have been cured.
