New Delhi. Now once again frightening information is coming out from China. In a recent study, hundreds of such viruses have been identified in China’s fur farms which can pose a serious threat to humans. After the corona virus, a new virus has been found in China. This virus was first found in Inner Mongolia, China in 2019.
According to the report, in 2019, a 61-year-old man suddenly fell ill in Jinzhou city of China. He was bitten by a tick five days ago. Investigation revealed that he was infected with orthonaerovirus. This virus also affects the brain. This virus is associated with fever. This virus has been found in about 17 patients in China. These patients had symptoms like fever, dizziness, headache, malaise, arthritis and back pain. One patient also had neurologic symptoms.
Researchers also analyzed blood samples of forest rangers in the area. Out of about 640 people, antibodies to the wetland virus were found in only 12. One patient also went into a coma. However, all the patients have recovered after treatment. Research has shown that in some cases this virus can be extremely dangerous.
Apart from this, researchers have identified about 125 types of viruses in animals from fur farms, of which 36 viruses are completely new and scientists are also unaware of them. 39 types of viruses have been found to be at high risk of infecting animals and humans and causing serious diseases.
