The singer was born in Massachusetts, United States. His mother, a Dominican, remained in the country, while the singer moved to Puerto Rico at age 10, where his father was originally from.
“As my father was a fugitive from justice and my mother was in vice in the United States, my father could not leave us with her and we returned with him to Puerto Rico. He raised us the way he could, under the circumstance of being on the run ”, Related the urban artist. “Obviously my mother was not in a position to look for us and there came a point that we couldn’t communicate ”.
“All my life I was street, I was rebellious because I did not have my mother, I did not have a home, I grew up with people on the street. My dad did a good job, but he was also dealing with his problems, ”she said.

The singer revealed that he managed to fulfill his dreams . He was reunited with his mother during a presentation in the Dominican Republic. According to him, a bodyguard of his told him that a woman was looking for him and claimed that it was his mother.
“I got a lump in my throat, my skin crawled,” said the actor, too. “When I saw her I said yes, it’s her. I hugged her and said ‘I did it’, my greatest achievement ”.
