Pune. There has been a political uproar over Maharashtra Minister and BJP leader Nitesh Rane’s ‘mini-Pakistan’ statement. After Rane’s comment, the entire opposition lashed out at the Maharashtra government. After the attack from the opposition, Rane has now given clarification. He said that Kerala is a part of India.
Maharashtra Fisheries Minister Nitesh Rane, in a speech, compared Kerala to a “mini Pakistan” and said that this is why Congress leaders Priyanka Gandhi Vadra and Rahul Gandhi have become Parliament. Addressing a rally in Pune’s Purandar taluka, Rane said, ‘Kerala is a mini Pakistan, that is why Rahul Gandhi and his sister are elected from there. All terrorists vote for him. It’s true, you may ask. They have become MPs by taking terrorists along with them.
Let us tell you that Nitesh Rane, son of former Maharashtra Chief Minister Narayan Rane, was speaking at a function organized on the occasion of Shiv Pratap Diwas. After the uproar over the statement, Rane said that Kerala is a part of India. He said that he was only comparing the situation of Kerala and Pakistan. He said that if the treatment of “Hindus” in Pakistan is similar to what is happening in India, then action should be taken against them.
Rane (Nitesh Rane) further said that we want our country to remain a Hindu nation. He said that ‘Hindus’ should be protected in every way. Reacting to this, Congress spokesperson Atul Londhe Patil targeted Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis. The Congress leader raised questions on Rane’s continuation in the cabinet. He said that Rane’s job was to do this.
